This website (subjectlinetesting.com) and the digital product known as the Email Emoji Playbook are operated by Xeio Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the product, you agree to these terms.

The free content

The articles and copy-and-paste emojis on this site are provided free of charge, for general information. Open rates depend on many factors; we can't guarantee any specific result from using an emoji or subject line.

Buying the Email Emoji Playbook

The Playbook is a digital product sold and delivered through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and any applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms.

On purchase you receive access to the product files (a Google Sheet you can copy to your own Google Drive, and a downloadable PDF). The product is licensed for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.

Refunds

If the Playbook isn't useful to you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Gumroad. Reach us at [email protected] or by replying to your Gumroad receipt.

Liability

The site and product are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
